Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

How to withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision through a clear statement. You can:

You may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.

Return period

After notifying us, you must return the goods within 14 days. The deadline is met if you send the goods before this period has expired.

Return costs

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you, unless the product is defective or was delivered incorrectly — in that case, we cover the return costs.

Refunds

We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof of return, whichever is earliest. Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the order.

Condition of returned goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation by email within 24 hours.
